Comments: The character belongs to Andantonius of deviantART. Drawing this dragon was fun, since he has a cute design. He's an ocean-dwelling dragon, so I decided to draw him amongst orca and other fish. I like how the rendering and highlights came out, though I wish I could have throught of something else to put in the background, to add to the depth.
